Tools in Action Reviews Dump Trailers for Landscaping, Construction, Equipment or Lawn Care

I'm in Chicago with the Tools-in-Action guy and we're going to be talking about landscape trailers. What I consider to be one of the four most critical pieces of equipment and these guys have hands on experience they just purchased one so they're going to walk us through what to look for you know landscape equipment trailer.

Thanks guys for having me on.

Speaker 2: Thanks for coming out, I appreciate it awesome.

Main Speaker: it is good to the expert out seriously. I am knowledgeable about trailers but I am not as knowledgeable as you would be you would be using the stuff every day and on the job know stuff like that I'm sure we're going to get used to finite daily but you know we want to hear what you want to see what you feel about this

Speaker 2:

OK but the way you guys speced this out this is absolutely Cadillac top of the line yes it is what I want to cover because not all trailers are created equal and it's easy to mistake the cheaper trailer and get into it and you know...

Case SR270 Skid Loader & Arctic Sectional Snow Pusher

Arctic Sectional Snow Pusher

Today we're reviewing the Case SR270 skid loader and an Arctic sectional snow pusher. I call this a bullet proof plow system for a reason so let's get started. The first thing that I want to point out is this is a sectional snow plow that has versatility with a minimal amount of moving parts. There are no hydraulic hoses to connect. There's nothing that can blow out on you in the middle of the night during a major snowstorm. You have two simple connection points that you use with your quick attach coupler. You're hooked in and that's it. Yet this is a true snow pusher that allows you to do things that other snow pushers don't achieve. They have the ability to go up to a curb line and back dragged away from a curb leaving a very clean edge. Watch this thing. Look at that; it goes right up. Another thing that this snow pusher does well is contouring to the parking lot. It will literally hug the different elevations in a parking lot leaving it bone dry -...

Milwaukee VS Dewalt Heated Jackets - Winter Coat Reviews

Three, two, one.

Starting from the top this is my absolute favorite this one place bear pap world this is real beaver skin This hat is not to be confused with the standard mad bomber or other name brand hats that you can find. This is far superior to anything that's available out there, in fact, it may be as ugly as all get out but there is a fight in my house who gets the wear this when it gets a below zero degrees out if you're looking for a hat go to fur hat world and tell them that dirty monkey sent you and you get absolutely no special benefits and I will get anything, either way, you will get yourself the best hat out there .

Ventrac Tractor Review - Stuck in the Mud

Ventrac Tractor Review

The project was restoring a beach; the challenge was the ground was too soft to even support the weight of a skid loader with tracks. As soon as you try to park a loader down there, it would just sink until the Ventrac came in. First thing we were going to do is just give it a test run. We were just going to see what it could do. So, we brought up the brush hog, brought out a stump grinder and we brought out a power rake. We had to remove the old dead vegetation, grind down and get rid of all the stumps and level off the ground so that it can be converted to usable yard space. We tentatively went in not knowing if the brush hog could handle what was down there. This thing was an absolute beast. It blew our minds away. I would have never said in my wildest dreams that this tool could handle brush like this. What we found out is, this brush hog not only cuts it down, but it pulverizes it. It basically leaves very little behind which is a beautiful thing because...

Snow Wolf - The Dumbest Snow Plow Ever Made for a Skid Steer

So I'm here at the Snow Wolf manufacturing facility and what I want to show you is called the Quattro Plow. Stan: I want you to put it in the back drag position. Colten: What’s that? Stan: All the way over, fold the wings backward.

Containment to Back Drag

Stan: We call this the "dumbest snowplow in the world" because it doesn't get any simpler than this.  You can take the snowplow from a containment unit to a back dragging unit with no special connections. Stan: Now I want you to pull the wings forward, that is called the containment position. Alright now fold them back. That's back dragging!  This would have to be on the front of a caterpillar you could put it on a Bobcat you can take this off this machine put it on any single skid loader without any wiring without any connections. Stan: Sonny is going to show us how easy it is to hook up... Stan: One hydraulic hose, two hydraulic hoses, not even high flown as necessary to operate this, simply unplug this one, you...

Empire Indestructible Level?

An Indestructible Level

A level is a tool of trust. What do you got in the gun Uncle Tom? Number five and number four ball gauge. You get the control point; you make sure your level is in good shape. What happens if you drop it? You have to trust that it's strong enough to withstand a few bumps and bruises along the way. So we're having some Sunday fun. And Empire claims to have the strongest level ever. We are going to put that to the test. Okay, you ready for this one? Here boys, catch. Here it goes. That was a good hit. That's about everything I've got! That farm cat has fast legs. Colten: It follows us, I like it. Tom: Still right on. Stan: Still right on? Stan: Turn it around; let's see how many damages this thing got so far. Stan: Boys stay behind that wall.

Uncle Tom Shoots the Level

Stan: What do you got in the gun Uncle Tom? Tom: Number five and number four. Stan:  Number five and number four, what gauge? Tom: Twelve gauge. Stan: Twelve gauge five, twelve gauge four....

Echo Power Trimmer 2620T Review – Weed Eating Beast

Today we're going to be doing a review of the ECHO2620T and here are the criteria’s:

  • Is it durable?
  • Is it going to make you money?

I'm not going to be very technical because I don't care if the engine displacement is 12.1 cc's or twelve 12.2 cc's what I care about is it going to last? Is that thing going to put money in my back pocket? A tool is a means to an end for me.

ECHO2620T

Let's talk about some of the specs on this 2620T. This is one of the largest and most powerful in the Echo line up. This machine was able to tackle some of the worst conditions I was able to throw at it, and it did it like a knife cutting through hot butter. Power and fuel increase leads to increased weight. Now the pro and the con.  The pro is if you’re going to buy one machine to do just about everything in your life, this is the machine for you. If you have tall grass, or you need to trim the ditch or something, you’re going to want something that is going to be able to cut...

Lawn Mower Review - ExMark Walk Behind vs Toro Grandstand

ExMark Walk Behind vs Grandstand?

All right, a walk behind or a Grandstand, which mower is right for you? We have three simple criteria today. Number one: versatility; one lawn mower, can you do everything you need it to do on your accounts? Number two: operator comfort; at the end of the day are you ready to go again or do you just feel like you've been in a boxing match? Criteria number three is growth; eventually, as an owner or operator you‘re going to move out of that stage and you are going to hire someone to run your lawn mower. Which mower are you more comfortable putting a potentially inexperienced operator behind? Let's get started. Let's talk about versatility, I have found that the walk behind mower can do just about everything that a Grandstand can do, but it conquers the slope. They absolutely master the slope in comparison to a Grandstand. Now, what you're going to see in this clip is I'm going to be mowing about a twelve to maybe fifteen percent slope. I can do...
